Return & Refund Policy

At URBAN RO MART, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Installation Policy

Please note that once a water purifier has been unboxed and installed at your premises, it is no longer eligible for return unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect that cannot be resolved by our service team.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened filter cartridges and membranes.
  • Damaged products due to customer mishandling.
  • Products without original serial numbers.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
